David Rigsby, our Senior Electrical Project Engineer at BG Buildingworks, thrives on tackling challenging projects and finding ingenious solutions. With a deep-seated passion for electrical engineering and a commitment to excellence, David’s journey has taken him from the halls of Abilene Christian University and Texas A&M University to becoming a licensed PE in six states. When he’s not engineering brilliance, he immerses himself in the world of literature, writing novels, and sharing his love for books with his family. As an active member of the community theatre scene through Colorado ACTS, he brings his versatile talents to the stage. David’s dedication to his craft and his zest for life make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Magic Behind the Mic
If David wasn’t electrifying the building world, he’d be playing classic hits as a radio DJ. With a voice that’s been lauded as perfect for radio (and cheeky comments about having the face for it, too), David’s love for tunes from the late 70s through the early 90s keeps him energized.
Where in the World is…
…David? Most likely, exploring Lakewood, CO, with an occasional glance at a neon sign from Route 66. He dreams of traveling the entirety of this iconic highway, soaking in the scenery and history. When not dreaming of the open road, you might find David immersed in community theatre, laughing along with Bugs Bunny, or reminiscing about that time he won a car on Wheel of Fortune.
