The Sunnyside neighborhood in Denver is getting a new for-rent housing community that will offer innovative design and additional housing options for residents. The 132,400 SF property will be transit-oriented that pushes the typical boundaries of urban apartment living. With 117 units, the floorplans include 1-,2-,and 3-bedroom setups. BG Buildingworks is providing MEP engineering design with client OZ architecture and other teaming partners, Brinkmann Construction, Fortis Structural, HKS Engineering, and Group 14.
